Camera & view controls
Controlling the camera
For the desktop and preview viewer you can set the camera’s starting position and the point it looks at, then constrain how far visitors can orbit and zoom:
- Vertical orbit (polar angle) — clamp how high or low the camera can tilt.
- Horizontal orbit (azimuth angle) — limit left/right rotation.
- Zoom distance — minimum and maximum distance (0–1000 m).
- Clamp below horizontal — stop the camera dipping under the model.
View modes
Scenes can be viewed in world (objects placed in the space around you) or through a portal aperture. See Portals, rooms & doors.
