Hotspots

A hotspot is a marker placed on or near an object. Tapping it reveals a title and rich-text content, or triggers an animation. Hotspots are perfect for product features, instructions and storytelling.

Sizes

Small (10px), Medium (16px), Large (24px) and Extra Large (36px).

Styles

• Modal — a full-screen centred card with a backdrop.
• Simple — an inline card with no backdrop.
• Label — a text label only, no card.

Other controls

• Label visibility — always shown, or only on tap.
• Action — open its content card, or act as a trigger that fires behaviours in the interaction graph.
• External link — add a call-to-action button (such as "Buy now") to the hotspot card. Give it a label and a destination URL; visitors see a brief "leaving Rveal" notice before the link opens.
• Colour — primary, secondary, accent (from your brand) or white.
• Dock mode — present the card centred, or docked to a screen edge so the 3D view stays visible.

An external link needs both a label and a URL (http or https) — set one without the other and the button is hidden.
